Boutique fitness studios have certainly found their place in the spotlight over the last few years, so it comes as no surprise that BURN Fitness Studios in the South End has become so popular among local residents. BURN Fitness Studios is located less than a mile from 30 Dalton apartments and offers a wide variety of small group fitness classes.
Inside, BURN looks more like an upscale restaurant or spa than it does a gym. With high ceilings, lots of natural light and an impressive chandelier, the space feels very luxurious. Almost all of the classes at BURN Fitness Studios incorporate some level of high intensity interval training (HIIT), which makes the gym unique. Members can take yoga, pilates, cycling, bootcamp, tabata, and TRX classes. Classes range from $20 to $28 depending on the type of workout you’re looking for, and new members can get their first class for $15. Memberships give you unlimited classes for a monthly price of $220. You can also hire a personal trainer to receive more focused one-on-one attention as you work to reach your fitness goals.
